Pricing questions
Does the free plan expire?
No. The Base plan is free forever. It asks for no card and has no end date.
Why is the yearly plan so much cheaper?
Because it costs us less. Fixed payment fees weigh far more on a 7.99 euro charge than on a 69 euro one, and we pass that difference back to people who pay yearly.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
The account moves to the Base plan. All your data stays, automatic connections stop, and you can keep importing statements. Nothing is deleted.
Do you meter bank connections?
No. Paid plans have unlimited bank connections. Only the AI assistant has limits, because it is the one part with a real cost per question.
Does my family pay separately?
No. Household members are included, at no cost per person.
Do you issue invoices with a tax number?
Yes, with the tax number you provide at checkout.
Is there a student discount?
Yes. Write to us with proof of enrolment and we will send a code.
