An assistant that knows your accounts
Write the question the way you would say it to a friend. "How much did I spend on restaurants since January?", "Which bills are due?". The assistant has tools to read your accounts, expenses, budgets, net worth and goals, and answers with those numbers. It is optional: with no AI service configured, the assistant simply does not appear.
It reads your data through tools
Spending summary, expense search, accounts, categories, budgets, net worth, portfolio, goals, trips, projects, upcoming bills, subscriptions and receivables. Only from your workspace, and only what you are allowed to see.
Amounts and names swapped before they leave
Before a request goes to the AI provider, amounts, balances, percentages, account and merchant names and notes are replaced by placeholders; the answer is reassembled with the real values on the Navefi side. The text you type goes as written, because that is what the model needs to understand.

It proposes, you confirm
Creating an expense, an income, a bill, a subscription, a goal or a trip always goes through a confirmation card. Nothing is saved before you press confirm.
On Telegram too
Link Telegram and you can log an expense by message, or send a photo of a receipt to be read and proposed for confirmation. It is optional and depends on the bot being configured.

The free plan gives twenty messages a month. Paid plans do not count messages, but every plan has a daily ceiling on text processed, larger on the top plan. The usage page shows where you stand.

Frequently asked questions
Does my data go to an AI provider?
Part of it. The question you type goes exactly as you wrote it. The readings the assistant makes go with amounts and names replaced by placeholders. A photo sent for advanced reading goes whole. With no service configured none of this happens, because the assistant does not run.
How many questions can I ask?
Twenty a month on the free plan. On paid plans messages are not counted, but there is a daily ceiling on text processed, so the cost cannot run away.
Can the assistant change or delete my records?
It can change and delete expenses and income when you ask it to directly. Everything else it writes to your account goes through a confirmation card.
Does the assistant give investment advice?
No. It explains your numbers and helps organise decisions, but it does not recommend financial products and does not replace professional advice.
