Group bills without leaving the app
The trip with friends, the shared flat, a couple’s expenses. Navefi works out who owes whom and does what expense-splitting apps leave undone: your share enters your own statistics, in your own workspace, under the right category.

Four ways to split, chosen per expense
Equal parts, exact amounts, percentages or shares. Uneven splits are as simple to record as even ones.
A group crosses workspaces
Each person sees the group from their own workspace. Nobody has to join someone else’s workspace to split a bill.
Your share saved in your workspace
By default the share that falls to you on a group expense is saved as your own expense, in the workspace you pick. It counts against the category budget and in the month, with nobody copying it by hand.
Settle up with fewer transfers
Navefi nets what each person paid against what they consumed, and proposes a short list of payments that closes the group, instead of everyone paying everyone.

Invite by email or by link
Invite the email of someone who has no account yet and the seat waits for them, claimed the day they sign up with that address.
Refunds are not income
Money paid back to you reduces the cost of the expense, instead of inflating what shows as income for the month.
- Carregamento do cartão refeiçãoMeal Allowance · 26 AugustScheduledRecurring€224.40
- OrdenadoSalary · 15 August€1,980.00
- MB Way — RitaReimbursement · 15 AugustReimbursement · not counted as income€32.50
In Portugal people settle up by MB Way. Navefi does not move money: it works out who owes whom, and when somebody marks a payment, everyone sees the balance update. An MB Way credit is not booked as income either — it is marked as a transfer and left for review.
Frequently asked questions
Do people in the group need a Navefi account?
An invite always goes to an email address, and the seat stays pending until that person signs up. You cannot add a participant by name alone.
Does it work with different currencies?
Each group expense keeps its own currency, but group balances are added without conversion — use one currency per group. Inside a trip, totals are converted to your workspace currency at the exchange rate on the day you look.
Does Navefi remind me when someone owes me money?
You get a notification at the moment an expense is split with you, or when somebody marks a settlement. There are no repeating reminders for unpaid debts.
Does my share count twice?
No. The expense that lands in your books is your share, and the group total is shown separately as context.
