Your money on a calendar
A list of transactions says what happened. A calendar says what is coming. Navefi puts expenses, income, bills, subscription renewals, the meal-card top-up, dividends and transfers on the same monthly grid.

Seven layers, each one switchable
Expenses, income, bills, subscriptions, meal card, dividends and transfers. Each has its own colour, and your choice is remembered for the next visit.
Recurring charges repeat forward
A bill or a subscription does not show only on its next date: Navefi projects the repeats across the following months from its cadence. A charge on the 31st stays at the end of a short month. It projects nothing backwards, because those cycles were already paid.
What is overdue, marked
A bill past its date is flagged on the day it should have been paid, and rises to the top of that day instead of getting lost in the middle.
The next 30 days, in one panel
Beside the grid, what is coming: bills, renewals, income and dividends due within thirty days, with anything already overdue called out.

Transfers visible, but out of the totals
Moving money between your own accounts shows on the calendar in its own colour and is never added to the day total or the month total.

Showing 6 of 30
The meal-card top-up has its own layer. The month amount is the employer daily allowance multiplied by Portuguese working days — Monday to Friday, national holidays excluded, moveable ones included — and it is booked on the 26th. Dividends appear twice: on the ex-dividend date, which is the one that forces you to hold the security beforehand, and on the payment date, which is the only one that adds to the totals.
Frequently asked questions
Does the calendar show the future or only the past?
Both. Expenses and income already recorded appear on the day they happened. Bills and subscriptions are projected forward, month by month, from the date and cadence they carry.
Can I filter it?
By account and by category. The category filter acts on expenses; bills, subscriptions and income stay visible, because the question a calendar answers is what leaves and what arrives, not only on what.
Is there a week or agenda view?
No. The calendar is a monthly grid. On a phone the month also appears as a list under the grid, so nobody has to aim at small squares.
Do my recurring expenses show up in advance?
They do if they are a bill or a subscription, which is what Navefi creates when you make an expense recurring. A one-off expense only appears once it exists.
